Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing customer service and support at equipment rental store. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Answer phone calls, make equipment reservations, schedule deliveries, and assist customers loading equipment

- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the store

Experience:

- Previous experience with landscape/contractor equipment is preferred

- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in using computerized systems for scheduling and record keeping

- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
