• Car Rental Agent has a strong emphasis on selling and revenue maximization on core products.
• Car Rental Agent will achieve personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the team.
• Rental Agent will work in a fast-paced sales environment, providing helpful, quality customer service and sales, while enhancing the customer’s rental experience
• Car Rental Agent creates a positive customer service experience by listening to and identifying customer needs. Providing accurate information Ensuring overall customer satisfaction and service.
• Rental Agent qualifies and processes customer rentals with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Car Rental Agent will resolve customer issues and concerns professionally using effective customer service techniques.
• Rental Agent maintains appearance appropriate for providing best in class customer service in accordance with established guidelines.
• Car Rental Agent will engage customers in a courteous professional manner
• Rental Agent completes the reservations or change process expeditiously
• Car Rental Agent answers general customer questions, resolving customer complaints/issues, and servicing customer questions/requests on existing reservations.

Rental Agent PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: (with or without accommodation)

• Rental Agent must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Car Rental Agent must be able to spend long periods of time in front of a computer
• Rental Agent needs to spend time making repetitive motions
• Car Rental Agent must be able to walk, stoop, bend, climb

Qualified applicants for Car Rental Agent will have the following:

• Car Rental Agent has an eagerness to learn and develop
• Rental Agent has a valid driver's license with a record in good standing
• Car Rental Agent is punctual and can handle a standing work schedule with timeliness and reliability
• Rental Agent can provide customer service with professionalism and positive attitude.
