Counter and Rental Clerk jobs in East Hartford, CT

• Responsibilities:

-Deliver Rental equipment as needed, must have a valid drivers license in good standing

-Set up party rentals such as tents, dance floors and bounce houses

- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate equipment for their needs
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude
-Conduct product demonstrations to showcase equipment features and functionality
- Ensure equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and ready for rental

-Load box trucks for party deliveries

-Deliver and set up party rentals as part of team such as tents and bounces houses

-Clean and maintain party rental equipment

-Maintain Rental equipment, knowledge of small engine work a plus

Experience:
- Previous experience in rental store or customer service is plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
- Familiarity with equipment rental industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 42 per week
