Manage your own parts counter sales
Process parts order for phone, counter and service sales
Service customers by identifying needed parts, using parts catalogs, computer system.
Distribute daily parts packages to shop techs
Locate and obtain parts
Obtain credit releases in accordance with Company Policy
Review back order reports and expedite as needed
File completed purchase orders in numerical order
Assist with yearly physical inventory.
Complete all required paperwork
Work safely and use safe techniques
Utilize computer system to perform data entry and placement of orders
Keep counters and parts room neat and clean
Assist in loading/unloading inventory
Backup warehouse when needed
Assist in office administration when needed
Perform all other duties as assigned by Parts Manager
3 years of parts experience, related to lift trucks
Dependable/Reliable
Organized and Attention to detail to work with deadlines & accomplish objectives
Good communication skills to interact and work well with employees and customers.
Knowledge of techniques of receiving, storing, and issuing parts and supplies.
Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy weights.
Ability to operate basic office equipment such as phone system, computer, fax, and calculator.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
