All Mountain Rentals has an opening for a qualified NH Real Estate Agent to fill the Rental Assistant Manager Position. We are a growing professional rental agency and have a great opportunity for someone with their NH Real Estate License (or willing to obtain one) to work 32 hours per week plus monthly bonuses! Potential of earning $40,000 ./year working 4 days per week with the opportunity for more growth! All Mountain Rentals is a small professional local office with a casual atmosphere. We encourage teamwork as well as working independently. Creative thinking is encouraged to work with the team to improve and grow each program.

Responsibilities include

• Listing Properties for Vacation, Seasonal and Long Term Rentals
• Showing Properties to Long Term and Seasonal Prospects
• Communicating with landlords/tenants on finding quality tenants
• Working with Vacation (Liverez) and Long Term and Seasonal Software- Buildium
• Uploading property and owner information to website
• Paperwork and communication follow up
• Tracking leasing and renewals
• Processing move ins/ move outs
• Work some weekends
• Answer phones and emails
• Work with Owner on growing programs

Candidate must have a NH Real Estate License or able to obtain one in 3 months
Be a self motivated with strong customer service experience.
Writing, Advertising and Marketing experience a plus
Work independently
Attentive to details
Responsible and Reliable
Willing to handle challenges and problem solving
Property Management accounting and leasing experience is ideal.
Computer skills are required.
