Responsibilities: - Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Assist customers with their purchases and answer any questions they may have - Operate the cash register and handle financial transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized counter area - Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed - Upsell products and promote special offers to customers - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate recommendations - Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Qualifications: - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred - Excellent verbal communication skills is a plus - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to sell products and upsell to increase sales revenue - Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage.
