As the Construction Manager - Commercial Projects, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the execution of various commercial projects. Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and oversee commercial construction projects of varying scales.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Communicate project updates, milestones, and issues to stakeholders and clients.
Resolve any project-related challenges or conflicts.
Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project specifications.
Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a CM or equivalent role
Proven experience as a Construction Manager in commercial projects.
Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, codes, and regulations.
Excellent leadership and project management skills.

Must be in proximity of project location as client requires
