DAY-TO-DAY
In this construction management position, you play a vital role in leading the team to success. You diligently oversee on-site operations and assist with the quality completion of commercial projects. Using your exceptional communication skills, you efficiently guide workers through projects and address any snags along the way. You oversee framing, roofing, HVAC work, electrical work, plumbing, concrete work, finish carpentry, and more. Your eye for detail helps you ensure quality performance and correct mistakes as needed.
In addition to leading the crew, you use your keen organizational skills to perform administrative tasks. You write daily reports, take photographs, and report project statuses. Additionally, you manage the crew schedule and ensure that projects are completed on time.
