Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
- Analyze fleet maintenance data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Utilize spreadsheet software and data analysis tools to extract meaningful insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cost containment strategies.
- Identify areas of leakage in fleet operations and propose effective solutions.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on key performance indicators related to fleet costs.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to management for informed decision-making.
- Work closely with the team to streamline existing processes and improve efficiency.
- Implement best practices for cost-effective fleet maintenance.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of cost analysis and containment initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
