We are seeking a motivated, self-starter for a Cost Analyst position at our Corporate location for our Cincinnati and NKY Divisions.

In this position you will be responsible for coordination and maintenance of input and functionality of all base house plans into JD Edwards, our company's financial system.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Costing of new models and prototypes
• Verify accuracy of job estimates and approve final estimated gross margins
• Realign cost code structures and item numbers
• Prepare and distribute monthly cost reports
• Analyze cost data and provide recommendations
• Maintain and update pricing file
• Analyze accounts payable functions to ensure accurate and timely payment of all invoices
• Provide training and support for reporting, JD Edwards functions and estimating processes
• Responsible for creation and maintenance of various information in JD Edwards

Desired Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong technically with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with JD Edwards preferred
• Data pattern recognition
• Problem solver/Resource Analyst
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Task driven, highly motivated, independent worker
• Some knowledge of construction and construction processes
• Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills
• 4 year College Degree

The schedule of this position will be Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM plus additional hours as necessary. 

Excellent hourly rate, bonus potential, plus a comprehensive benefits package including profit sharing and 401(k).
