Salary Range: $53,018 - $67,597
Responsible for supervising the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions and all related reporting and reconciliations; verifying financial activity, preparing periodic and special reports, assisting in the development of financial and operational policy guidelines.

Practical knowledge of the principles and practices of accounting methods and processes relative to the general ledger. Practical knowledge of computerized accounting systems. Ability to enter data into accounting records accurately. Ability to analyze and solve problems. Must be detail oriented and organized. Knowledge of various types of filing systems. Ability to interpret and apply financial procedures and regulations. Ability to perform prescribed analyses of financial records. Ability to advise and instruct staff in specific operational procedures. Ability to compile, analyze, reconcile, and verify financial records and reports completed by others. Considerable knowledge of current personnel policies and procedures for managing staff.
Required Software Knowledge and Skills essential to Job Functions:
Proficiency in using computer systems and the listed software applications associated with performance of assigned work is essential. Intermediate-level problem solving skills associated with software applications used are expected. Software usage relevant to job duties will be evaluated.

Training and/or Education:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or public administration required or an Associate’s degree with equivalent experience.

1-to-3-year(s) experience in a supervisory role.
