• Perform Routine Cost Rolls, WO Close
• Support Cost Accounting Manager in analyzing plant financial performance comparing actuals to plan and forecast.
• Responsible for the creation and publication of KPI’s and dashboards/metrics that are timely, insightful, and automated by working cross-functionally with multiple Business Units.
• Lead and report on variances regularly to find ways to improve costing and processes.
• Identifies, coordinates and reviews cost accounting projects, such as price and margin analysis, customer, market and product profitability, data warehouse integrity and reporting, etc.
• Analyzing inventory levels and valuations as well as support cycle/physical counts. Recommend ways to minimize variances.
• Support Cost Accounting Manager in Establishing labor and overhead absorption rates and analyze related variances on a monthly basis with quarterly adjustments
• Complete and month end Mfg. process.
• Facilitate data gathering and clean-up for annual cost roll.
• Assists Cost Accounting Manager with special projects as required.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
• Work with and develop Strong Communication over Financial MFG Variances.
