If you have a strong background in accounting and a passion for the construction industry, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:Project Financial Management:Track project costs, including materials, labor, and overhead expenses.Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.Analyze variances between budgeted and actual costs and identify areas for improvement.Cost Reporting and Analysis:Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for individual projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.Conduct cost analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost-saving measures.Collaborate with project teams to develop strategies for optimizing project profitability.Billing and Invoicing:Review project contracts and ensure accurate billing and invoicing processes.Coordinate with project managers and clients to resolve billing discrepancies and address billing-related inquiries.Maintain billing records and documentation for audit purposes.Financial Forecasting:Assist in the preparation of project budgets and financial forecasts.Provide input on cost assumptions and projections to support project planning and decision-making.Compliance and Documentation:Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, contract terms, and internal policies.Maintain organized and detailed project financial records, including invoices, receipts, and financial statements.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with project managers, procurement teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project financial goals and objectives.Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve financial issues and address project-related challenges.
