Job Summary
The Huntsman Mental Health Foundation ( HMHF ) seeks a qualified candidate to be the Senior Director for Corporate & Foundation Relations and Government Grants (Utah and Intermountain West States).
The Senior Director will partner with the AVP on collaborating with the Huntsman Mental Health Institute ( HMHI ) and the University of Utahs Advancement Team, working positively and collegially with staff, board members, volunteers, donors, and the community.
Incumbents in this position may be required to represent the AVP at meetings and interact with individuals at the highest levels in public and private organizations on a local and regional basis.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the AVP , the Senior Director will initiate, foster, and manage Utah-specific and Intermountain West philanthropic efforts with corporate and foundation donors having multiple giving/partnership interests or requiring strategic, high-level coordination with HMHI while seeking public entities support.
The Senior Director is responsible for supporting the AVPs efforts in planning and leading the grants team and program toward strengthening existing relationships and establishing long-term partnerships with corporations, foundations, and public entities on a Utah-specific and regional basis to fund the immediate and long-term goals and priorities of HMHI and our partner organizations.
