Corporate Insurance Manager manages an organization's overall insurance programs.     JOB DESCRIPTION:

    We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Tank Product Manager with a focus in the Septic System and Grease Interceptor Markets. As an industry leader in the onsite wastewater market, we strive to deliver innovative and reliable products to meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, and will drive the tank product line success in the market.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives. Identify market opportunities, analyze customer needs, and conduct market research to drive product innovation and differentiation.
    • Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and quality control, to oversee the entire product development process. Manage product specifications, resin alternatives, design requirements, and ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and customer expectations.
    • Product Launch: Plan and execute successful product launches, including defining go-to-market strategies, pricing, positioning, and marketing collateral. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive product awareness, develop product training programs, and achieve sales targets.
    • Competitive Analysis: Conduct regular competitive analysis to understand market trends, benchmark against competitor products, and identify opportunities for product improvements or new product development. Stay updated with industry developments and technological advancements.
    • Product Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and success. Monitor product sales (regional, customer, product category level), customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary product enhancements.

    Customer Engagement: Develop strong relationships with customers, industry professionals, and regulatory authorities to understand customer needs, gain insights, and incorporate feedback into product development. Function as a product expert and provide technical support to customers when needed.

    • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure products comply with relevant industry standards and regulations. Stay informed about regulations, permitting, and certifications required for septic tank products. Collaborate with regulatory affairs team to ensure timely compliance to meet sales targets.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Master's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a product manager in a related industry, with a focus on plastic or building materials.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent project management and organizational abilities, with the capability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and stakeholders.
    • Results-driven mindset, with a demonstrated history of managing product launches and driving revenue growth.
    • Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies to effectively position and promote products in the building materials market.
