Duties:

- Manage and supervise insurance staff, including training and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize insurance processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Oversee insurance claims processing and resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer service and resolve issues promptly
- Enhance customer experience by connecting with clientele during new business and renewal periods.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints

Skills:
- Strong clerical skills for documentation and record-keeping
- Office management capabilities for overseeing daily operations
- Ability to organize and file insurance documents accurately
- Supervisory skills to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, staff, and vendors
- Vendor management experience to maintain relationships with insurance providers
