Summary:
The Social Responsibility Manager is responsible for working to enhance Johnson & Johnson MedTech (JJMT) corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts globally including, but not limited to, signature partnerships and charitable contributions. A strategic advisor to the business, the Corporate Social Responsibility Manager will lead execution of CSR strategy, work to build highly integrated and engaging ways to partner with select non-profits; and aid in publicly projecting JJMT as an inclusive, responsible, caring, and innovative corporate citizen. In this role you will manage existing CSR initiatives & partnerships, co-create new programs aligned to strategy, advance structural approach to all processes and communications, and champion global alignment.
