The Corporate Giving Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. As part of our strategic growth plan, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Director of Corporate Store Operations.
Position Overview: The Director of Corporate Store Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, performance, and strategic development of our corporate-owned stores. This leadership position will play a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence, driving profitability, and facilitating the opening of new stores in line with our expansion goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership:
- Provide strategic leadership to ensure the effective and efficient operation of all corporate-owned stores.
- Establish and enforce operational standards, policies, and procedures to uphold brand consistency and customer satisfaction.
- Performance Management:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess store performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement initiatives to enhance sales, profitability, and customer service across all corporate stores.
- New Store Openings:
- Develop and execute plans for the successful opening of new corporate stores, approximately one store per month.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition from construction to operational readiness.
- Team Development:
- Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and operational staff to ensure a high level of competence and adherence to company standards.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture across all corporate stores.
- Collaboration with Franchisees:
- Work closely with franchisees to share best practices, ensure consistency in operations, and drive overall brand success.
- Collaborate with the franchise development team to provide insights for potential corporate-owned store conversions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior operational role within a multi-unit retail or franchise environment.
- Demonstrated success in opening and managing a network of retail stores.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
