Being a Corporate Giving Director manages the budget for charitable giving, evaluates grant proposals, and monitors the impact of the company's charitable contributions. Develops employee volunteer programs to engage employees, offer participation to wider audience, and raise awareness about the organization's charitable initiatives. Additionally, Corporate Giving Director maintains current knowledge of best practices in corporate giving and philanthropy. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Corporate Giving Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Corporate Giving Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Position Overview: The Director of Corporate Store Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, performance, and strategic development of our corporate-owned stores. This leadership position will play a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence, driving profitability, and facilitating the opening of new stores in line with our expansion goals.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Operational Leadership:
    • Provide strategic leadership to ensure the effective and efficient operation of all corporate-owned stores.
    • Establish and enforce operational standards, policies, and procedures to uphold brand consistency and customer satisfaction.
    • Performance Management:
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess store performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Implement initiatives to enhance sales, profitability, and customer service across all corporate stores.
    • New Store Openings:
    • Develop and execute plans for the successful opening of new corporate stores, approximately one store per month.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition from construction to operational readiness.
    • Team Development:
    • Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and operational staff to ensure a high level of competence and adherence to company standards.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture across all corporate stores.
    • Collaboration with Franchisees:
    • Work closely with franchisees to share best practices, ensure consistency in operations, and drive overall brand success.
    • Collaborate with the franchise development team to provide insights for potential corporate-owned store conversions.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, Retail Management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in a senior operational role within a multi-unit retail or franchise environment.
    • Demonstrated success in opening and managing a network of retail stores.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
