Corporate Ethics Helpline Administrator administers the corporate-wide anonymous reporting systems ("helpline"), allowing all stakeholders to disclose violations of the corporation's ethical standards, laws, or policies without fear of retaliation, as required by Sarbanes Oxley. Manages the flow of "helpline" inquiries to completion, and ensures that all allegations of unethical or illegal activity is referred to the appropriate resources within the ethics and compliance function. Being a Corporate Ethics Helpline Administrator serves as the internal database coordinator for ethics and compliance tracking information systems. Monitors progress of investigation and documents and maintains accurate records of issues handled. Additionally, Corporate Ethics Helpline Administrator prepares and maintains reports and statistical analysis of "helpline" activity. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a Corporate Ethics Helpline Administrator typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Responsibilities: As the Director of Housing with Grace Lutheran Communities
you will be responsible for the daily operation of our Grace Apartments,
including rental and marketing of independent living apartment unit complexes
owned and/or managed by Grace Lutheran Communities, to assure financial goals
of program are achieved. You will work
to promote independent living skills of tenants. Lastly, you will uphold the mission and
philosophy of Grace Lutheran Communities. Special
