Corporate Ethics Helpline Administrator administers the corporate-wide anonymous reporting systems ("helpline"), allowing all stakeholders to disclose violations of the corporation's ethical standards, laws, or policies without fear of retaliation, as required by Sarbanes Oxley. Manages the flow of "helpline" inquiries to completion, and ensures that all allegations of unethical or illegal activity is referred to the appropriate resources within the ethics and compliance function. Being a Corporate Ethics Helpline Administrator serves as the internal database coordinator for ethics and compliance tracking information systems. Monitors progress of investigation and documents and maintains accurate records of issues handled. Additionally, Corporate Ethics Helpline Administrator prepares and maintains reports and statistical analysis of "helpline" activity. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a Corporate Ethics Helpline Administrator typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. The University of Mary invites applications for a Graduate Faculty position in Business Ethics & Catholic Social Thought within the Gary Tharaldson School of Business. Candidates with demonstrated ability to teach and research in Business or Leadership while engaging the broader Catholic intellectual tradition are desired. Applicants should excel in teaching (both in-person and online), be committed to supporting student formation outside of the classroom, and have an active research agenda. This position shares the academic responsibilities and privileges of a full-time faculty, including oversight of dissertations and capstones, and curricular development. This is an on-site position at the University of Mary, Bismarck campus.
