Corporate Ethics Helpline Administrator administers the corporate-wide anonymous reporting systems ("helpline"), allowing all stakeholders to disclose violations of the corporation's ethical standards, laws, or policies without fear of retaliation, as required by Sarbanes Oxley. Manages the flow of "helpline" inquiries to completion, and ensures that all allegations of unethical or illegal activity is referred to the appropriate resources within the ethics and compliance function. Being a Corporate Ethics Helpline Administrator serves as the internal database coordinator for ethics and compliance tracking information systems. Monitors progress of investigation and documents and maintains accurate records of issues handled. Additionally, Corporate Ethics Helpline Administrator prepares and maintains reports and statistical analysis of "helpline" activity. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a Corporate Ethics Helpline Administrator typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience.     The New Account Administrator is responsible for the administration and support of new account software (BPM) and related new account programs and services. He or she is responsible for providing technical support to both branch and administrative personnel on savings, checking, CD’s, IRA’s, CDAR’s and ICS and other applications including, but not limited to; Instant Issue, Branch Capture, Integrated Teller, Laserfiche imaging, and 360 View CRM program. The New Accounts Administrator receives and answers questions, provides installation support, troubleshoots system problems, and provides technical training. He or she provides HSA/IRA support. The New Account Administrator courteously and promptly resolves questions and problems and maintains professional relationships. He or she completes related records, reports, and documents

    Qualifications

    • Must be at least 18 years old
    • High school diploma or GED required
    • Minimum of 3 years or more experience in a new account or similar position
    • Performs basic to intermediate duties including new account verification, administration and support including software, policy updates, new accounts training, specification maintenance, IRA/HSA support, EOY functions, branch training and project implementation, participation in bank committees as needed or requested
    • Accurate and attentive to detail
    • Able to get along well with coworkers
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality in all situations
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as professional telephone etiquette
    • Well organized with good typing skills
    • Strong proofreading skills
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software products and strong ability to use and navigate the Internet
    • Willing and able to assist coworkers with various tasks


    Responsibilities

    • Receives and responds to phone calls from branch personnel in regards to new accounts and operations questions to include calls pertaining to Business Process Manager, Instant Issue Debit Cards, NGP, Integrated Teller, Branch Capture, Laserfiche imaging, 360 View CRM program, password resets and any others that may be implemented
    • Responsible for administration of the new account software, Business Process Manager (BPM), and related programs and services for the new account process. This includes program updates, form updates and changes required for compliance or efficiency purposes
    • Responsible for training of employees on BPM, Instant Issue, NGP, Laserfiche, 360 View, and other associated programs/services, as well as training for any updates or new procedures for such programs/services
    • Pulls weekly new accounts verification reports and assists ROSD employees with weekly audit
    • Assists with IRA and HSA branch support, verifications, training and audits. Assists with IRA required minimum distribution tracking and reporting
    • Completes assigned end of year procedures and reports to ensure accuracy of financial data and tax reporting
    • Responsible for completing changes to deposit rate spreadsheets and deposit rate specifications
    • Assists with specification maintenance related to existing deposit products and services as well as adding new products and services. Participates in new product and service research and development
    • Assists with FDICIA and other compliance audits pertaining to operations and new accounts as assigned
    • Serves as a backup for the set up and/or verification process on Repurchase Accounts, CDAR’s and ICS and provides support and assistance to branch and administrative personnel
    • Troubleshoots, computer errors and equipment problems associated with Operations and New Accounts
    • Assists with the completion of the monthly Federal Withholding Report
    • Serves as a backup for the daily resolution of Safe Deposit Box and Certificate of Deposit non-posts
    • Serves as a backup for the weekly Fed Funds/91 day T-bill rate changes and monthly earnings credit rate changes
    • Reviews and completes tax correction requests and maintenance of the system when appropriate
    • Serves as a backup for Reg E reporting and monitoring
    • Serves as a backup to Monitor and provides daily resolution of items not processed through new accounts imaging
    • Serves as a backup for setting up PB’s/Operations Supervisors/Branch Specialists/Tellers with applicable user names and re-setting passwords for operations systems; including Integrated Teller, Citrix, EFunds
    • Answers the telephone and fields or refers questions from customers, branch personnel, and management
    • Helps other area personnel as required
    • Keeps management informed of area activities and any significant problems or concerns
