Corporate Ethics Helpline Administrator administers the corporate-wide anonymous reporting systems ("helpline"), allowing all stakeholders to disclose violations of the corporation's ethical standards, laws, or policies without fear of retaliation, as required by Sarbanes Oxley. Manages the flow of "helpline" inquiries to completion, and ensures that all allegations of unethical or illegal activity is referred to the appropriate resources within the ethics and compliance function. Being a Corporate Ethics Helpline Administrator serves as the internal database coordinator for ethics and compliance tracking information systems. Monitors progress of investigation and documents and maintains accurate records of issues handled. Additionally, Corporate Ethics Helpline Administrator prepares and maintains reports and statistical analysis of "helpline" activity. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Director, Accounting, the Corporate Card Program Administrator position is responsible for two key functions pertaining to expense management. The first key function involves credit card and cash expense program maintenance, including (but not limited to) managing 1000 card and cash expense portfolios, monthly audit of travel and expense transactions, and customer service support to system wide. The second key function involves managing purchase order requests including (but not limited to) training expense owners on PO system and processes, requesting PO’s from expense owners to ensue corporate policy compliance, reviewing PO requests for accuracy and appropriate support, conducting any necessary issue resolution prior to releasing PO’s for transmission, and partnering with AP for related invoice processing.
