Are you detail-oriented, organized, and adept at handling multiple tasks simultaneously? We're seeking a full-time Compliance Specialist to join our team and assist in various critical areas within our Compliance Department.

From managing customer credit disputes to ensuring timely responses to regulatory complaints, this role is key in upholding our commitment to compliance excellence.

Essential Functions:

• Daily review and resolution of credit disputes via e-OSCAR and direct dispute letters.
• Timely processing and resolution of customer complaints.
• Coordination of responses to audit and examination reports.
• Assistance in preparing initial responses to customer complaints.
• Potential cross-training opportunities in Vendor Compliance Specialist duties.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by department leadership.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma and equivalent certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and time management skills.
• Proven ability to problem-solve and improve processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Working Conditions:

• Office-based role with frequent computer usage.
• Regular interaction with corporate team members, both verbally and electronically.

Other Details:

• Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 / per hour
• Benefit: Comprehensive benefit package offered
• Hours: Monday – Friday; 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
