Work hard, have fun, and make history with the Business Conduct & Ethics team, part of Amazon's Legal Department. We are looking for a smart and motivated individual to help manage Amazon's compliance program. This role impacts all Amazon employees and would be supporting multiple aspects of the program, including training, third party risk management, policy development, conflicts of interest, and more.
The successful candidate will be highly data-driven and have an interest in the compliance space. The right person will be capable of managing multiple projects, and supporting different areas of the program with little guidance. They will react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround. Ideally, someone who thinks creatively and is capable of proactively solving problems.
This person should be a strong communicator with great attention to detail. A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information, as well as the ability to work well with people at all levels inside and outside the company, is essential.

The base pay for this position ranges from $47,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,200/year in our highest geographic market.
