Ensures all permits, licenses, or certifications required by regulatory authorities are obtained. Establishes and enforces safety protocols and procedures to provide safe job sites and minimize risk. We operate these EPCs in a hybrid model in which they operate as subcontractors for some of the largest EPCs in the country as well as producing jobs independently as sourced through a growing dealer sales network. Currently, we are seeking a Manager, Solar Construction Operations to drive the standardization, assimilation, and continuous improvement of our construction operations model nationally. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in residential solar construction operations, has been at least a 2nd line manager, is tech savvy, and has overseen a minimum of 1,000 jobs per month.
We are looking for a residential solar construction operations veteran to partner with executive leadership to drive our national expansion. Providing the best construction operations in the industry is the cornerstone of our strategy. As such, we are seeking a leader who is obsessed with achieving the shortest possible install durations at scale.
