The ideal candidate will have:
· High level of computer skills – you should consider yourself “very good with technology”
· Superior communication skills. This means you must be able to write well, take excellent notes and communicate clearly to Town citizens
· Self-confidence in face-to-face meetings and helping customers
· The ability to work well with the boards and to avail yourself for evening board meetings
· Research skills regarding how to gather information on Town properties
Your role will be:
Administrative Support which includes a variety of responsibilities such as taking minutes at board meetings, preparing packets for Boards and Commissions and general administrative duties; and Zoning Compliance which requires field work within Town limits.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position which is eligible for overtime. We offer an , including state retirement, life, disability, and paid leave including State holidays.
Salary is dependent on experience, qualifications, and education.
