Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with various financial tasks and ensuring accurate financial records. Duties:
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Perform account reconciliations and analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Assist with the preparation of journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts
- Support the budgeting process by gathering relevant financial information and assisting with budget preparation
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Assist with cash flow analysis and forecasting
- Process accounts payable transactions and ensure timely payment to vendors
- Perform account analysis to identify discrepancies or issues that require resolution
