Position Title: Director, Corporate Compliance
Summary:
The Director, Corporate Compliance will be responsible for assisting with the implementation and operation of a robust and effective corporate compliance program, employing the elements of an effective compliance program as outlined in the U.S. Federal Sentencing Guidelines and the U.S. Department of Justice Guidance on The Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Programs. Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, Senior Counsel, this position will be part of a dynamic Legal/Compliance team.
The ideal candidate will have strong life sciences healthcare compliance experience working at biotech, biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical company(ies) and be a pivotal member of the compliance team, helping to bring structure, cadence, and operational excellence to multiple compliance processes. The role will require compliance expertise, critical thinking ability, advanced project management talent, strong communication skills, and the aptitude to learn and absorb new content and navigate ambiguity as the company matures.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, who is a strategic problem solver, and who is proactive, flexible, detail-oriented, and hands-on.
