What You’ll Get to Do:
CACI is seeking a TS/SCI Cleared Compliance and Quality Assurance Officer to support our Air Force customer at Langley AFB in Hampton, VA. This position will be a part of our Enterprise Product Support (EPS) team for AF DCGS. You will support the IT Service Management Office.
More About the Role:
Responsible for facilitating, coordinating, the supporting the organization-wide Continuous Process and Quality Improvement and Management functions; coordinating activities related to and ensuring and promoting the highest quality of stakeholder engagement and enterprise coordination.
Designs and analyzes inspections, testing, and evaluation processes, mechanisms, and equipment; conducts quality assurance tests; and performs statistical analysis to assess control and manage risks of product quality and determine the responsibility for products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications.
Undertakes root cause analysis of incidents requiring corrective action.
Ensures that corrective measures and deviation meet acceptable reliability standards and that documentation is compliant with requirements.
Specializes in the areas of design, incoming material, production control, product evaluation and reliability, inventory control, and/or research and development as they apply to product or process quality.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
Masters Degree or 12 years of relevant experience.
6 years of experience reviewing and developing technical documentation.
Experience with quality data collection techniques.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Specific knowledge of AF DCGS life cycle.
ITIL v4 certification.
