    Summary:

    The Administrative Assistant/Compliance Officer is responsible for providing administrative support to the Executive Director and assisting in ensuring that the company complies with regulatory requirements. 

     
    Key Responsibilities:

    -Provide administrative support to the Executive Director, including handling phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, coding bills, and organizing files.

    - Assist in preparing compliance reports, presentations, and other materials.

    - Assist in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, including monitoring and enforcing them.

    - Research regulatory requirements and assist with compliance training for employees.

    - Assist in conducting internal audits to assess compliance with regulatory requirements.

    - Coordinate with external legal counsel and compliance consultants as needed.

    - Assist in reviewing and preparing contracts, audits, and other legal documents.

    Requirements:

    - Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field or at least two years of experience in an administrative role; legal or compliance experience.

    - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and external partners.

    - Familiarity with legal and compliance regulations and reporting requirements.

    - Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to prioritize tasks and work independently.

    - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.

    - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
