Corporate Compliance Director manages the compliance programs, policies, reporting, and practices for an organization or business. Ensures that all activities follow regulatory requirements related to the governance of the organization as well as any industry-specific or location-specific laws. Being a Corporate Compliance Director oversees internal controls and auditing systems that monitor and report on regulated activities and processes. The Marketing Specialist is responsible for the successful research, development, and execution of marketing strategies for SCCE, HCCA, and CCB programs. Programs include but are not limited to association membership, conferences, certification, and publications. Marketing strategies will be designed to support association initiatives, that include creating awareness, driving new and returning association members, conference attendees, product purchases and engagement with SCCE, HCCA, CCB and COSMOS programs. Key initiative areas include direct marketing, print collateral, PPC/digital campaigns, e-mail marketing, social media and more.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3-5 years of omni channel marketing experience: print collateral, PPC/digital campaigns, e-mail marketing, social media and more.
• Strong negotiation skills with proven record of identifying and securing new marketing programs, vendor management.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills, written, verbal and listening.
• Detail-oriented and organized; comfortable multi-tasking to produce high-quality work on tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Collaborative minded: you will be working with internal stakeholders to strategize and execute a multitude of omni channel campaigns.
• Experience using Microsoft applications, specifically Excel.
• Proven ability to work both as an individual contributor and team member.
• Must have experience in identifying and securing new marketing programs, vendor management, planning and execution of digital, print marketing programs.
• Ability to travel a few times per year
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
