The Digital Manager position at Big Horn Basin Media is the center of our multimedia and digital strategy. As a resource leader, we must be multi-faceted in our communication with our communities. The creative use of our platforms, and data driven optimization will allow us to understand our community and reach them anywhere they consume media.

Please find below the responsibilities and qualifications for the position of Digital Manager with Big Horn Basin Media.

Responsibilities

• Manage our digital advertising products and act as a liaison between our marketing reps and the digital implementation team.
• Work within a team to generate and plan topical local content, assist in covering municipal organization meetings and other community events
• Proofread and edit articles and social media posts
• Create digital assets in support of promotions, marketing and outreach
• Maintain and update website(s), email and social media platforms
• Identify key performance indicators, measure and assess performance toward digital goals
• Additional duties as determined by the management

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of WordPress, SEO, Email marketing, and various social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube) management preferred.
• Troubleshooter, with a strong understanding of digital technology
• Multi-tasker with the ability to keep in tune with the local community, and various audience demographics
• Writing skills
• Creative design, audio, image and video editing a plus.
• Willingness to learn and grow as an induvial, as a team and the ability to place our values of Accountability, Commitment, Trust, Decisiveness and Respect first

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
