The CopyWriting Manager - Digital manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a CopyWriting Manager - Digital typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. IDEAL CANDIDATE

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with CEO to raise the bar on UX and design for several local companies
- Work directly with customers to create design experiences they fall in love with- Use data to understand where design & UX is kicking butt, but where it needs help. CRO!
- Create and implement Social Media strategies
- Plan information architecture of new websites to support SEO strategies
- Support with local campaigns that require a people person- Help research, write and publish content for our customers
