As a WORK FROM HOME Retention Sales Agent in the US, your job is to help to retain customers by finding a solution that fully resolves their request and to have the customer feel so good about their agent interaction they will recommend our brand to their friends and family
We need to not only find a solution, but to create such a positive, memorable interaction, the customer bases their "likely to recommend" survey score on the Retention agent and not all their previous experiences with the company
While Customer Care works to resolve issues, Retention works to BOTH resolve top call issues and turn detractors into promoters. Retention is a Sales position
