Organizes and maintains a schedule of deliverables and ensures all deadlines are met. Being a CopyWriting Manager - Digital develops ideas for compelling content that adhere to required branding and style guidelines. Ensures that search engine optimization best practices are applied to maximize web search results. Additionally, CopyWriting Manager - Digital reviews and edits final products to add value and improve presentation. Collaborates with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Requires a bachelor's degree in english, communication, journalism. Typically reports to a director. The CopyWriting Manager - Digital manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a CopyWriting Manager - Digital typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. A strong candidate’s knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm for technology will serve to lead the way in adopting and implementing new technologies and services, while engaging digital creativity staff in providing excellent customer service. The Community Librarian will also participate in community organizations, events, and initiatives, as well as staying abreast of current trends in technology and librarianship.Requirements
Requires an MLS from an ALA accredited college or university. One year of related library experience required, and one year of working with community engagement, programming, and professional leadership is preferred. Indiana Public Library (LPL) Certification – Librarian Level 3 is required.
Pay Grade | Hours | Compensation
Pay Grade 118
Full-Time (37.5 Hrs./Wk.).
Starting hourly wage begins at $21.37 | Compensation is commensurate with relevant experience/expertise.
