Working collaboratively with the broader management team, the Experience Manager is accountable to manage the overall day to day theatre operations. This role provides leadership, guidance and direction in all areas delivering a better movie going experience for our guests and consistently improving employee engagement.

The role of Experience Manager oversees many parts of theatre operations: MRF budget ownership in areas of supplies & services, security, cleaning contract & supplies, waste, utilities, projection supplies & repairs, repairs & maintenance, life safety, HVAC, alarm systems, concession repairs. This individual has an entrepreneurial drive and seeks opportunities to increase revenues and reduce costs, drive building and equipment efficiencies and improve overall guest experience.

Qualifications

• Successful track record in managing/overseeing building facility maintenance programs
• Ability to manage Supplies & Services and Repairs & Maintenance
• Experience in people management
• Passionate in delivering quality products/service in a guest service environment
• Engaged in finding solutions & efficiencies
• Thrives in a fast paced, results oriented work environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
• Comfortable in providing / presenting recommendations/advice in areas of expertise
• Ownership & accountability of budgets, targets & results
• Completion of a relatable post-secondary program is an asset
• Minimum of 5 years experience in related industry (facility, maintenance, technical environment)
• Knowledge of digital cinema projection systems is an asset
