Commerce Rev is hiring a Digital Copywriter to assist our team by managing copy requests from start to finish, developing engaging copy for content related to social media, paid media, e-commerce content, blogs, and assisting on copy-related tasks affiliated with clients and our internal marketing campaigns. This role also involves implementing and monitoring the company's social media and marketing strategy to increase online presence, reinforce brand awareness, and promote our e-commerce services. The Digital Copywriter will work closely with the Digital Marketing team members to ensure the accuracy of content, collaborate on the internal marketing strategy, review client projects when necessary, and participate in the planning and scheduling of task requests.
Roles & Responsibilities:

(70%) Lead internal marketing efforts in the form of marketing calendars for promotions and internal content (blog posts, digital media, social posts, web pages, email, etc.)

Write blog posts to be used on company website and for driving traffic from social media and ads back to company website

Manage company social media accounts and the content that is posted

Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok

Write content to be used in email and print marketing

Collaborate with design team to conceptualize image needs

Ability to adapt to a specific brand voice or audience

(20%) Build new and existing product listings on various marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, Target, Buy on Google, and eBay

Research a variety of product categories to compare and create innovative and original content

Use marketplace SEO tools to conduct keyword research

Proofread and edit all work before posting

Create and edit content for our clients’ product listings and storefront

Quality control of Amazon listings

Improve product copy, content listings, photography, lifestyle imagery

(10%) Assist with miscellaneous copywriting needs

Collaborate with the digital marketing team

Research industry-related topics to develop content

Stay informed with industry competitors and be aware of current trends

Participate in the planning and scheduling of tasks
- Ensure all digital content accurately reflects the brand and meets legal and regulatory standards

Coordination with internal departments and maintenance (75%)
- Coordination with client for technical processes (25%)

Ability to be flexible & adapt to dynamic environment

Background in eCommerce is a plus

Experience with Jasper.ai (fomerly Jarvis) a major plus

Intermediate knowledge of SEO
