What you will enjoy doing*

• In this role, you will operate complex process equipment in a plant environment such as equipment including but not limited to grit blaster, waterjet, and degreaser according to training, process documents, and 5S standards
• Learn about unique aerospace coatings in order to prepare parts and with a high attention to detail ensure the aerospace quality standards are met
• Further you will work in a dynamic teamwork environment to assist maintenance in trouble shooting and correction of equipment malfunctions or repairs and reporting any faults to management and maintenance
• You may be required to inspect parts, use hand tools and make minor and routine adjustments to production equipment without assistance

What makes you great

• A High School diploma or equivalent is required
• Further experience working in a production/manufacturing environment is preferred
• Basic math and computer skills is preferred
• You must be physically able to lift up to 40 lbs., stand 8hrs or sit 8hrs, with or without accommodation
