    Essential Functions

    • Assist with organizational brand compliance and general communication efforts
    • Assist with advertising, promotional materials and internal publications.
    • Organize and execute all digital marketing efforts to include: Creating content, overseeing messaging, and interacting daily on social media channels. Creating pages, editing, and managing website content on the back end. Editing and creating video content in-house as needed.
    • Coordinate photography for marketing purposes
    • Assist in creating materials used for proposals, presentations, and reports
    • Help distribute all print and electronic collateral
    • Write agency press releases and provide public relations assistance, as needed

    Development

    • Assists with the compilation of statistical data reports and executing development plans for marketing
    • Support logistical planning and execution of events, and campaigns as needed
    • Support special events through social media, email promotions, and possible video production.

    Qualifications

    • One year to three years of marketing or related experience. A high school education or GED.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong organizational, customer service, and decision-making skills
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
    • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for basic design purposes preferred
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
    • Must have reliable transportation
    • Experience with social media and email platforms preferred
    • Ability to edit videos and comfortable with video editing software preferred
    • Canva & Adobe experience a plus

    Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
