Supervise the activities of Direct Support Providers to ensure adults with disabilities (clients) are provided a safe, healthy, and productive daily living environment. Identify appropriate internal and external resources necessary to meet client needs and ensure such services improve the client’s quality of life and meet Individual Service Plan (ISP) outcomes. Monitor residential settings to ensure compliance with licensing and Agency requirements.
