    JOB SUMMARY:
    The Cooperative Marketing Coordinator is a highly-visible role with cooperative partners and internal teams. Acting as the liaison between the partners and the internal team, the Cooperative Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing project schedules and timelines, multi-tasking to complete day-to-day assignments, and working within a team environment. The Cooperative Marketing Coordinator organizes daily workflow of all projects and reports back to the Account Director with key progress updates.

    This role is also responsible for managing marketing co-op program contracts and deliverables, overseeing the creative development and approvals of client co-op marketing materials, and trafficking approved assets.

    An individual interested in this role should have a general interest in marketing and working across key disciplines of an integrated agency such as: media, creative, website development, print publication, etc. This is a role for those interested in customer service and client management.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Advertising Asset Management:
    • Communicates with Miles Partnership’s sales staff on a regular basis regarding contract status
    • Communicates with advertisers regarding their contracts, artwork needed, and proofs for all advertising deliverables
    • Ensures all assets are collected (and specific requests are accommodated) and entered into appropriate systems
    • Collaborates with internal designers to create and/or verify specifications for advertising programs
    • Proofs all ads for grammar, spelling, style and client specifications
    • Creates tracking links for clients for eBook publications and proofs all links
    • Ensures all contractual requirements are consistently met with the clients across teams, tracking contract-renewal timelines and opportunities across the division

    Account Support:
    • Support senior Account Services team members in capturing client feedback, internal communications and more.
    • Manages internal processes and timelines to best service the needs of the team.
    • Supports client and internal presentations with detailed knowledge of project performance and opportunities for growth/learning.
    • Collaborates with the Account Services team to ensure internal processes are being followed by all team members and quality products are being delivered to exceed clients’ expectations.
    • Reviews deliverables for technical accuracy and timeliness.

    • Works to understand the relationship between divisions within Miles; seeks opportunities to understand the impact of each department.

    Advertising Performance Analysis:
    • Manages digital advertising performance, including maximizing inventory, ROI, campaign completion/reporting and sales opportunities
    • Monitors pacing of all advertisement click-thru rates and CPC performance and recommends opportunities for improvement
    • Analyzes weekly and monthly campaign reports and identifies opportunities for improvement of ad performance
    • Updates advertisement wording and images to increase advertisement performance
    • Creates client campaign reports and provides analysis for each campaign

    REQUIREMENTS:
    • 1 years in an advertising agency with client and / or account management experience or a related field
    • Possess superb customer service skills and excellent attention to detail
    • Able to learn different skill sets quickly
    • Able to multitask, perform efficiently and well under tight deadlines
    • Able to manage own workflow while coordinating with project teams and management on schedules, requirements, goals, and assignments as needed
    • Willing to take direction, but also work independently
    • Able to respond positively to client and peer criticism and feedback
    • Able to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
    • Able to effectively manage relationships, both internally and externally
    • Display a dependable, strong work ethic
    • Understands, and continual self-education on, marketing best practices

    • Possesses excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Double Click for Publishers (DFP)/Double Click for Advertisers (DFA), Basis a plus
    • Preference will be given to candidates who reside in Kentucky.
