Due to the growth of our company, we are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant/Office Manager who can provide administrative support to all office staff including the President and Director of Operations.

Duties:

• Answer the phone and greet visitors;
• Accept and sign for deliveries;
• Sort and distribute mail;
• Assist with expense reporting;
• Assist with the preparation of meeting materials;
• Schedule and organize office events and meetings, both internal and external;
• Ensure the office remains fully stocked with necessary supplies;
• Maintain the appearance of the office;
• And other duties as needed to ensure the office runs smoothly

Qualifications:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook;
• 4 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
• Communicate in a positive, pleasant and professional manner;
• Ability to work independently, meet schedules and deadlines, adhere to policies and procedures and maintain a good attendance/tardiness record;
• Written and verbal Bilingual skills a plus.
