In this role, you'll spearhead fundraising initiatives to support our organization's operational needs and long-term sustainability, while nurturing relationships with donors to showcase the impact of their support.

Successful Candidates will have:
3 years of experience preferred in nonprofit fundraising and development, demonstrating a track record of successfully securing funding from various sources.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in fields such as public relations, communications, nonprofit management, or related areas.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, online CRM platforms, and email marketing services, with a plus for familiarity with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
Ability to pass a background check and possess a valid driver's license.
Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends to accommodate fundraising events and donor engagements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for donor appeals and grant proposals.
Strong relationship-building skills, coupled with experience in cultivating donor relationships.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
A deep passion for Cooking with Kids' mission and values.
