Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. If interested in this role, please call Noe Silva at 808.452.0264.Your responsibilities in this role- Advance Finance Department initiatives, such as software and systems implementation and other departmental or firm-wide improvements, as needed, with research, planning and implementation- Collaborate with executive team and partners to support efficient and effective firm-wide operation- Manage finance department operations, including accounts payable, billings & collections, and payroll- Respond on items beyond formal job responsibilities- Assess, execute and improve policies, procedures, controls and most methodologies- Manage the production of the annual budget and forecasts and monitor them monthly- Meet client expectations by reviewing deliverables of self and team to make sure they meet client satisfaction- Manage daily cash and prepare cash-flow reports, projecting cash needs at weekly and monthly intervals- Each month, present executive committee and partners with financial reports- Ensure timely cash collection by driving the timing for monthly billing and other cash management techniques- Handle monthly and annual close of income statement and balance sheet, account reconciliations & G/L analysis
