    We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Process Control Engineer to join our team. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and a team of highly skilled professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of process control systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and equipment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and supervise all aspects of electrical control systems, equipment, and machinery.
    • Implement and maintain the Process Control System (PCS) including Distributed Control System (DCS), Quality Control System (QCS), and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
    • Participate in the development and implementation of P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram) for new and existing systems.
    • Utilize Rockwell automation software for the design and troubleshooting of control systems.
    • Conduct system diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and correct control system issues.
    • Collaborate with the engineering team to improve process control strategies.
    • Provide technical support and training to the operations and maintenance departments.
    • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
    • Participate in the planning, cost development, management, and scheduling of control system projects.
    • Develop and maintain control system documentation and operational procedures.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in process control engineering with a focus on Rockwell, PLC, P&ID, DCS, and QCS.
    • Proficient in the use of Rockwell automation software.
    • Solid understanding of control system theory and practice.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex control systems.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations pertaining to process control.
    • Experience in project management, including planning, cost development, and scheduling.
    • Ability to develop and maintain control system documentation and operational procedures.
    • Must be able to provide technical support and training to operations and maintenance departments.
