A short-term contract / temporary to hire opportunity, this Administrative Assistant opportunity is located in the Sauk Rapids, Minnesota area.Your responsibilities in this roleThe contract administrator will be responsible for:● Responsible for reviewing owner supplied contracts to understand terms and risks.● Generate Owner contracts.● In charge of follow-up and execution of subcontractor contracts.● Obtain project specific insurance to fulfill requirements.● Input Schedule of Values ● Handle monthly billings; including inputting pay applications, sending out monthly billings, and updating billing spreadsheets for the next month. ● Indexing and follow-up of all lien waivers.● Generate Professional Service Agreements (PSA).● Provides general administrative assistance as requested.● Assist other teams as needed. ● Attends/Participates in Meetings as required.● Complete additional duties as assigned and as development progresses.
