    The Contracts Administrator position is responsible for reviewing all company contracts and balancing all projects until completion.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Read and review/revise/mark-up all contracts for the company according to company standards
    • Collaborate with Project Managers for project updates (contract and change order updates)
    • Set up new projects and customers in the enterprise system
    • Electronic filing, release lien waivers, and completing special projects as needed
    • Backup for Accounts Receivable and Contract Controller, when necessary. 
    • Provide administrative support to CFO and accounting department when necessary
    • Back up for daily credit card deposits using specialized industry software
    • Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge – proficiency in Excel is a plus

    Requirements

    • Must be at least 18 years of age
    • 2-3 years of experience
    • Ability to effectively perform in an advanced, fast-paced environment both individually as well as part of a team
    • Needs to be self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, strong communication skills, and a positive and helpful demeanor.
    • Ability to routinely lift and move objects weighing up to 10 lbs.
    • Must pass drug and alcohol screen and successfully complete random screens
