  • What you’ll do:

    As a Contract Agreement Administrator, you'll be the go-to person for managing the entire journey of our contract agreements, ensuring everything from the start-up phase to the conclusion is handled with precision. You'll be immersed in the dynamic flow of deals, promotions, and renewals, playing a key role in supporting our advertisers' success. Joining our team means collaborating with a group of dedicated accounting professionals, all committed to the smooth operation of a vital segment of Angi's business, where your contributions are recognized and valued. This is a hybrid position based in Indianapolis, Indiana. We are looking for someone who can come to our office 3 days/week.

    In this role you will be responsible for:

    • Entering contract and related accounting data into various systems & databases with accuracy and efficiency.
    • Monitoring contract terms vigilantly to guarantee adherence to SOX standards and Angi’s organizational policies. You will review agreements meticulously for completeness and accuracy prior to execution & alert Sales Representatives promptly when contracts or case requests deviate from policy.
    • Activating contracts, charging payments for customers, and creating customer payment profiles. You will also be responsible for canceling contracts, creating cases when a payment is delayed, and processing bad debt on past due contracts. All payment activity must be completed following company and industry security protocols. 
    • Serving as a resource for the sales team, maintaining multiple email inboxes and responding to questions and concerns so that we are always giving our new professionals a great experience. 
    • Improving our current processes - you will identify systematic problems & implement solutions to make our team more efficient. 

    Who you are:

    • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
    • You have experience with data entry and understand accounting basics.
    • You have experience using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and Gmail.
    • You thrive in a fast paced environment & always hit monthly deadlines.
    • You’re excited to learn new skills and are willing to tackle new challenges as they come about.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • The hourly band for this position ranges from $19 - $21 per hour, commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living.
