    Tellepsen is looking for a Contracts Administrator.

    Job Purpose

    Provide document control and administrative support through the preparation, negotiation, and execution of contract documents. Works closely with various internal departments to gather the necessary information to complete the process.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    • Maintain complete contract template library.
    • Discuss contract requirements and objectives with Tellepsen teams to establish priorities and contract deliverables.
    • Create and maintain contract logs and ensure stakeholders are regularly updated on status and open action items.
    • Create draft contracts from standard templates after gathering needed information from internal stakeholders.
    • Prepare document comparisons to identify changes at each iteration of the negotiation.
    • Manage internal stakeholders to complete open action items in a timely manner.
    • Perform quality control check on all contract documents prior to seeking executive signatures.
    • Implement contact management best practices.
    • Maintain positive relationships with our partners and clients.
    • Sense of urgency and drive to be the best.

    Qualifications

    • 3 years’ experience in contract administration, document control, project management, bid management or procurement.
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Construction Management, Business Management or Legal related field preferred).
    • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to find inconsistencies and errors.
    • Strong analytical and writing skills.
    • Ability to work across departments and with multiple organizational levels.
    • Ability to work with a precise hands-on approach.
    • Client focused.
    • Proficient in the use of various technology platforms.
