Healthcare Construction Estimator Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Prepares and estimates budget costs for construction by studying plans and specifications.
• Evaluates offers to purchase by site requirements, additions, and costing changes.
• Resolves cost differences by analyzing and collecting info.
• Writes up and presents budgets, reports, and project plans.
• Develops bids for construction projects.

Desired Skills and Expertise:

Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of construction means, methods, drawings, and terminology. Ability to navigate specifications and plans. Close attention to detail. Computer literate. Ability to relate to owners, architects, tradesmen, hospital personnel, and inspectors.

Qualities: Positive "can-do" attitude. Capable of working autonomously and taking a leadership role. Honesty, integrity and authenticity. Hard-working and results oriented.

Experience: Verifiable experience managing complex construction projects; must have hospital/healthcare experience.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
